CSA PLASTIC EXPANSIVE AGENT

Description:

This is a premix powder material which contains the gas-forming component, inhibitor, enhance component and other trace modification components. Mixing with csa cement or Portland cement in a proper ratio to get the special engineering materials which have the plastic expansion and low bleeding rate properties.

Application area:

Applied to make the special project materials which need plastic expansion property.

Dosage:

0.2~0.5% by the weight of Portland cement or CSA cement.

Features:

1.      Plastic expansion function before hardening: With unique plastic expansion components can make the material have micro expansion instead of sedimentation and shrinkage in the plastic state and keep the expansion to the final hardening.

2.      With water-soluble gas-forming component can get the plastic expansion after dissolving. Solved the problems which solid foaming component have.

Attention:

Mixed with strong oxidizer is prohibited, the reaction will be stopped when slurry temperature below 5℃.

Transportation and storage:

1.         Prevent the rain and keep packing-sound.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?

A: In general, our minimum order quantity is 20 metric tons.

Q5: What kind of certification do you have?

 A: We have passed ISO 1900 and ISO 14001, and all of our product are satisfied with the standard of building material industry association or enterprise standard in china.

Q6: What kind of package do you have?

A: In general, we have two regular packing to meet mostly customers, 25kg Bulk bag and jumbo bag, all are plastic bag with moister inside.

But if you’re willing to pay the extra fees, special packing are available. More specific packing details, Pls contact me for further cooperation.

Q7: How many tons can one 20 feet container load?

 A: Normally, one 20GP can load max 24 metric tons with 20 pallets included. Each pallet place 1mt to 1.2mt. Of course, your any advice is greatly welcomed.

Q8: Could you send me some samples? 

 A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q9:How long is your Delivery Time?

 A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q10: What is the convenient way to pay?

 A: Usually, L/C at sight or 100%T/T in advance are accepted, and if you have a better idea , please feel free to share with us.
