General description:  

 

CSA binder is also called CSA cement clinker,it is a hydraulic binder based on calcium sulphoaluminate clinker. CSA binder is a pure CSA clinker without blending with suitable gypsum,slag ash,and other activated or inactivated substance ect.

CSA binder is obtained by firing the mixture which consist of bauxite,gypsum,limestone ect in rotary kiln. And its main effective constituent is ettringite. Due to the dfference of aluminum content, it can divided into three types with 72.5mpa, 82.5mpa, 92.5mpa.

 

Areas of application: It adapts to constuction need urgent repair,high early strength,rapid hardening ect.

 

1.It can produce CSA cement with blending with suitable gypsum in proper proportion.

2.It can produce a series of cement and concrete product with characteristic of fast set, rapid hardening, non-shrinkage, water-proof, high durbility ect.

3.It can be  used as concrete additive to mix with ordinary cement,mineral substance, silicate cement ect. It can made the mixture capable of high early strength, waterproof,anti-crack ect.
